The verandas of freeport
As the last phase of The Verandas of Freeport Townhomes, we were tasked with completing construction as quickly as possible while navigating an occupied development with an established HOA. In just under 14 months we completed 96 townhome units and worked with the project owners to turn over buildings in smaller quantities to allow the units to be sold as they were completed.
