We were beyond excited to be chosen to provide luxury apartment living in the heart of beautiful Freeport, FL.  Our team went to work immediately developing a plan that would allow for superior quality while maintaining an accelerated schedule. Within just 12 months, our project owners have been able to begin generating revenue on 144 units.  We have also successfully completed a clubhouse and resort-style pool.  We are currently on track to deliver the full 344 units within our original 18-month schedule.
