GRAYT-A Construction successfully completed a transformative mixed-use development in Freeport, Florida, consisting of a 344-unit luxury apartment complex and an adjacent 62-lot residential subdivision. Although the contract called for an 18-month timeline, our team completed the development in just 12 months — a testament to our disciplined project management and deep field expertise.
