GRAYT-A Construction successfully completed a transformative mixed-use development in Freeport, Florida, consisting of a 312-unit luxury apartment complex and an adjacent 62-lot residential subdivision. What set this project apart was our ability to deliver ahead of schedule and beyond expectations. Although the contract called for an 24-month timeline, our team completed the development in just 16 months — a testament to our disciplined project management and deep field expertise. Even before vertical construction was complete, we strategically helped the owner begin generating income by leasing 144 units, creating immediate cash flow and long-term momentum for the property.
