This expansive 61-lot residential development was a large-scale community project that combined infrastructure development, custom homebuilding, and strategic lot sales. Our team managed the full civil development of the entire site, preparing all 61 residential lots for vertical construction and future growth.
A standout element of the project was the construction of a 1,600 linear foot engineered retaining wall, designed to manage elevation changes and preserve the landscape integrity of the site. This was a complex civil feature that required precision planning and execution to meet all structural and regulatory standards.
As part of the buildout, we constructed 13 semi-custom spec homes, each designed with flexibility in mind to appeal to a range of buyers. The remaining lots were sold individually by the owner to private buyers and builders.
The homes we delivered were coastal luxury-style residences averaging 1,850 square feet and typically featured 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
