This 27,000 square foot, three-story apartment building was constructed as Phase 1 Build 2B of a larger master-planned development. Originally contracted with a 14-month construction schedule, our team completed the project in just 10 months, a full four months ahead of schedule—without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. This achievement was made possible through effective project management, tight subcontractor coordination, and our commitment to Lean construction principles that streamline timelines while maintaining top-tier finishes. The building features spacious luxury units, high-end finishes, energy-efficient systems, and was designed with long-term durability and resident comfort in mind.
