The Crossings At Riverwalk clubhouse

Location: The Crossings at Riverwalk in Freeport, FL


Designed as the heart of the community, The Crossings at Riverwalk Clubhouse offers residents a welcoming space to gather, relax, and connect. The clubhouse features a fitness center, leasing offices, mailroom, community kitchen, and comfortable resident lounges. Outdoor amenities include a covered porch with a fireplace and a fenced resort-style pool, creating an inviting destination for residents to enjoy year-round.


MARQUIS CROSSING

Location: Freeport, FL

Project Scope: 7unit commercial retail building

Features: Includes restaurant space

Timeline: Completed in 10 months

Role: Full vertical construction + civil/infrastructure development


This commercial retail center is a prime example of how strategic design and efficient construction can bring a thriving business hub to life. The development consists of seven individual storefronts, including one space specifically designed for a restaurant tenant, offering both functionality and curb appeal in a highly visible location. Our team was responsible for the entire construction process—from clearing the site and executing all civil and infrastructure work to completing the vertical construction of the building itself. This included installing utilities, grading, stormwater management systems, sidewalks, parking areas, and all supporting infrastructure. 


Despite the complexity of coordinating multiple tenant-ready spaces and restaurant-specific utility requirements, the project was completed in just 10 months, ahead of many commercial construction benchmarks. All seven units were leased by the owner, further showcasing the success and market appeal of the final product. The combination of smart planning, quality execution, and speed-to-market made this development a standout success for both the ownership team and future tenants. This project underscores our ability to deliver turnkey commercial spaces that meet diverse business needs while maintaining tight schedules and high standards.
