Our team is proud to be leading the entire development of construction for a large scale townhome project designed to bring thoughtfully planned residential living to a growing community. This project includes three 6-plex buildings and three 8-plex buildings, totaling 42 modern townhomes. Currently under construction, our scope of work focuses on preparing the full infrastructure to support long term growth and functionality. This includes a retaining wall, grading, utility installation (water, sewer, electric), stormwater management systems, roads, sidewalks, and other essential civil components required to bring this vibrant new neighborhood to life. Strategically designed for both owner-occupants and investors, the completed townhomes will offer modern layouts, durable construction, and community driven living. 

As the backbone of this development, our civil and infrastructure work sets the stage for efficient vertical construction and long term sustainability. This project reflects our commitment to building communities from the ground up—literally—by ensuring that every foundation, utility, and roadway is delivered with precision and long-term performance in mind.
