This 27-home residential community is a shining example of streamlined execution and value-driven design. Located in a growing area, the development consisted of 27 individually platted lots, each featuring a 1,550 sq. ft. spec home built to offer modern functionality, durability, and visual appeal. The project began with an existing roadway already in place. From there, our team stepped in to complete the remaining civil infrastructure, including all utilities and site prep necessary to launch vertical construction. We also assisted the owner in platting the full development, providing essential support to bring the community to market quickly and efficiently. Despite the scope and scale, we delivered all 27 homes in just 8 months, a testament to our project management systems, on-site coordination, and experienced trade network.
